Kentro is seeking an experienced Customer Service Engineer (System Administrator) to support VA-ESOM- End Point Support and Operations Monitoring contract across the United States. The role involves providing on-site and remote technical support to IT customers, diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues, and administering Active Directory. They also focus on customer accounts, service requests, and system monitoring.

Requirements

  • Support government with system administration tasks
  • Assist in remote and desk-side technical support
  • Conduct system administration tasks and log data
  • Monitor VA's ServiceNow customer incident ticketing system
  • Physical requirements (lifting, bending, etc.)
  • Experience with debugging protocols and processes
  • Experience in IT Technical Support
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green card holder
  • Willing and able to get a Public Trust Suitability clearance
