Senior Product Manager, AI

MongoDB is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Product Manager for Internal AI to drive the strategy, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered solutions across their enterprise IT landscape. This role will involve shaping how AI transforms internal operations, focusing on service delivery, knowledge management, automation, and decision support. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing AI/ML products at scale and collaborating across IT and business functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience
• At least 3 years in AI/ML, automation, or enterprise IT solutions
• Strong understanding of IT service delivery, enterprise applications, and internal operations
• Demonstrated success delivering AI or advanced analytics products at scale
• Experience with AI platforms and IT system integration (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferred), or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
• Successful delivery of AI use cases and successful adoption
