TTEC Digital is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Project Manager to lead projects across modules like SCM, ITSM, ITOM, HR, and GRC. This remote role requires someone proficient in Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will ensure successful delivery and stakeholder engagement through successful project completion.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of project management experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Experience managing ServiceNow projects using Agile and Hybrid Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with NowCreate methodology for ServiceNow implementations.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with project management tools including MS Project, Excel, Word, and ServiceNow-PPM/ITBM.
