ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Guide to drive customer success, growth, and adoption within the EMEA region. This role will focus on onboarding new customers, providing product guidance, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires 3 days in-office in Dublin and involves a large portfolio of EMEA customers.

Requirements

  • Onboard new customers, setting them up with resources for their success.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, advising customers on the best ways to utilize ServiceNow.
  • Drive adoption of ServiceNow products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  • Provide proactive guidance on governance, adoption models, and platform maturity.
  • Escalate customer issues and maintain high engagement levels.

Requirements Summary
