ServiceNow is seeking a Customer Success Executive to lead the post-sales activities within the most valuable accounts. This role focuses on driving customer success by accelerating the customer journey, ensuring renewals, and maximizing ServiceNow's impact. The Executive will build strong relationships with C-level executives, collaborate strategically with Account Executives, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to ensure value realization.
