Woven by Toyota is seeking a Customer Support Lead to oversee the day-to-day support delivery for Stargate, Toyota’s pioneering software development platform. This hybrid role requires a hands-on, technically fluent leader who can guide a globally distributed team, resolve critical customer issues, and improve internal workflows. The Customer Support team plays a critical role in supporting external customers, primarily software developers, who rely on Stargate to build and ship high-quality automotive software.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical customer support within the software industry
  • Proven experience leading support teams in multicultural environments
  • Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub
  • Ability to write simple Bash or Python scripts to extract, manipulate, and visualize data
  • Strong focus on operationalizing new feature releases
  • Proficiency with support and engineering tools such as Slack, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, GitHub, and Artifactory
  • Business-level English and Japanese language skills
