HR Operations Manager/Specialist will work with team members (including contract employees) to perform various HR operations, including payroll processing, employee life cycle management, and HR analytics. The role will also involve promoting self-service through ServiceNow and handling employee inquiries. Global and regional collaboration is required, as well as participation in local and global projects.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and welfare benefits
- 3+ years of experience in outsourced vendor payroll processing
- Strong knowledge of tax, social insurance, accounting, and labor laws
- Data management and analysis skills (Excel at intermediate to advanced level)
- Strong communication skills with ability to analyze problems and propose solutions
- Experience with Workday and ServiceNow
