The GHRO Analyst will support the GHRO Manager by providing services related to employee onboarding, transfers, retirements, social insurance procedures, and other employee-related services in close collaboration with HR departments and business units.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Three years or more of experience in HR-related work, including social insurance procedures
- Experience with shared services or payroll calculation processes is desirable
- Experience using Workday and SAP is desirable
