Peraton is seeking a Customer Support Specialist (CSS) for its Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) Program. The CSS will be a part of the Service Desk team, responsible for providing Tier I support to internal CA/CST users, resolving incidents, and ensuring timely service delivery to CA IT infrastructure. This role involves working closely with various teams and stakeholders within the government and DOS environments.

Requirements

  • Secret Government Security Clearance
  • 1 to 3 years of help desk/service desk experience
  • Ability to document ticketing information accurately
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
