Customer Workflow Business Lead (m/w/d)

Devoteam is seeking an experienced CWF Domain Business Lead to strengthen their ServiceNow team. This role focuses on building IT professional capabilities for customers through ServiceNow solutions, business process improvement, and consulting services. It requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a proactive approach to building relationships with industry partners.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional and business experience in the CWF area in a consulting function.
• Proven experience in the implementation of ServiceNow solutions or similar solutions (SalesForce).
• Experience in pre-sales activities for business development.
• Ability to speak with stakeholders at C-level and drive the development of the offer.
• Experience in leading teams and projects, as well as strong leadership skills.
• Very good general consulting and soft skills, such as structured thinking and effective presentations.
• Fluent German and English fluency in spoken and written form.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent German and English fluency in spoken and written form.
