Requirements

  • Experience: 8+ years in consulting, configuration, and implementation of complex technologies.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing CSM solutions.
  • Strong understanding of industry-specific workflows and compliance requirements.
  • Must hold or achieve within the first 90 days ServiceNow certifications (CSM/SOM & Technical Architect).
