Requirements
- Solid professional experience in CX
- Expertise with Oracle's CX Cloud suite, with focus on Field Service and Fusion Service product areas
- ITIL certification or knowledge
- Good techno-functional skills in Oracle Fusion Applications in CX area
- Expertise in Application Composer, groovy scripting
- Experience on/worked with CX software products like Field Service and Fusion Service, RightNow, ServiceNow, Sales Force Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
