As a CX Service Solutions Engineer (Presales), you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in product expertise, customer interaction, and general IT market knowledge. You will act as a business partner within the Solution Engineering ecosystem and be seen as a trusted advisor by the Sales Community.
Requirements
- Solid professional experience in CX
- Experience with Oracle's CX Cloud suite, focus on Field Service and Fusion Service product areas
- ITIL certification or knowledge / insights about the service support flows
- Good techno-functional skills in Oracle Fusion Applications in CX area
- Expertise in Application Composer, groovy scripting (good to know)
- Experience with CX software products like Field Service and Fusion Service, RightNow, ServiceNow, Sales Force Service Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, etc.
