The role of Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for providing Security Incident analysis to ensure that Vestas Network and other Security-based applications/platforms are monitored and secure from Cyber attacks.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical area
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with vulnerability management and understanding of common attack types and TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Security Operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel (SIEM) platform, Microsoft Defender XDR platform, Malware Intelligence Sharing Platform (MISP), Tenable or OpenVAS Vulnerability Management, ServiceNow Security Operations (Security Incident Management & Vulnerability Management modules), Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft Office 365/Azure Protection services, and Python or PowerShell scripting languages
  • Flexibility to work on some weekends or holidays when needed
