Leonardo is seeking a Progettista di Soluzioni ITSM & Infrastructure Monitoring to join their team in Genoa, Rome, and Naples. The ideal candidate will have experience in defining, implementing, and optimising IT architectures oriented towards improving services and infrastructure visibility.
Requirements
- Engineering degree or STEM disciplines or equivalent experience
- Seniority: Expert 3-5 years of experience
- ITIL framework (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Catalog)
- ITSM tools: ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Jira Service Management
- Monitoring tools: Zabbix, Cloud-native monitoring tools (Azure), Dynatrace, SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios
