Requirements
- University Degree in relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration).
- Experience working in a strong customer service focused environment.
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong system skills including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, sumifs, etc.).
- Knowledge of POS Systems (Bulloch), JDE, PDI, ServiceNow, and Market Basket is considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to ensuring deadlines are achieved.
