We are recruiting a Data Engineer ServiceNow to bring skills to ambitious data projects. The main missions will be implementing technical connectivity between ServiceNow ITSM and Snowflake, extracting and loading data from ITSM modules, and designing automated ingestion pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Confirmed mastery of ServiceNow ITSM and its exploitation
- Confirmed mastery of Snowflake
- Experience with DBT and Airflow
- Knowledge of analytical models (STAR, medallion, custom ITSM)
- Good practices in orchestration, versioning, and documentation
