Information Systems Operations Manager

Hermès is seeking an Information Systems Operations Manager to support its strong growth and meet high demands in terms of innovation and quality. The Operations Manager will be responsible for the level of service and security, and user satisfaction within HMS, and will animate and coordinate the activities of the different contributing teams within the IS Department and the HMS trade.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher (BAC+5)
• At least 12 years of experience in IT support and operations domains
• Possession of ITIL certification
• Mastery of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Professional level of English, both written and spoken
• Strong structuring skills
• Taste for entering into subjects to better appropriate them
• Dynamic, good communicator, with a strong customer service sense
