Data Platform Services Lead

Data Platform Services Lead responsible for overseeing data management across the organisation’s platforms and integrations. Will work closely with Development Teams, Data Privacy team, and leadership to align data platforms with business needs and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing enterprise data platforms across multiple systems
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM tool
• Hands-on familiarity with AWS data services (S3, Glue) and SQL experience
• Experience with the AWS Databricks Platform is ideal
• Experience with AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Strong understanding of GDPR and data compliance processes
• Experience working in a complex, multi-platform, global environment
• ITIL or equivalent experience/certification
• Leadership Skills
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence data strategy
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to recommend compliant solutions
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Skilled at coordinating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
