We are seeking a seasoned IBM Middleware Stack Administrator and Team Lead to manage, maintain, and optimize a complex integration ecosystem based on IBM technologies. The role will lead a team responsible for supporting IBM Integration Bus (IIB/ACE), IBM MQ, IBM MFT, IBM DataPower, OpenShift CP4i Cloud and Globalscape, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- 8+ years in IBM Middleware stack administration, with 2+ years in a team lead role
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM MQ, IBM IIB/ACE, and DataPower
- Experience with IBM MFT and Globalscape
- Deep understanding of SSL/TLS, certificates, encryption
- Proficiency in scripting (Shell, Bash, Python preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Github, Jenkins, GitLab
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, or similar
- Knowledge of OS administration (Linux/Unix) and system resource analysis
- Incident and change management using tools like ServiceNow / HP Service Desk or Jira
