Deal Operations Analyst

The Deal Operations Analyst will support the Managed Services Partners and Account Executives, perform forecasting and license compliance, and review commercial proposals. The role requires experience in leveraging AI, operations in a software sales organization, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• 1-2 years of proven experience in Operations in a software sales organization
• Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office
• Experience with a CRM System
• Has an understanding of the sales cycle
• Strong listening, analytics, problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize to meet business needs
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Effective communicator, both written and verbal
• Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• Results Driven
