ServiceNow is seeking a Delivery Director MEA to lead and manage ServiceNow delivery for a portfolio of projects to customer implementations in the Middle East & Africa. This role focuses on leading teams, driving adoption, and ensuring customer success through strategic path development and collaboration with Go-To-Market leaders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading high-performing teams, managing large-scale SaaS implementations, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a leadership role focused on ServiceNow or similar platforms, including at the EMEA level.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale SaaS implementations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Pega...).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a history of successful project delivery.
- Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and value.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Travel required up to 50%.
