Senior Analyst, Ethics & Compliance

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Analyst to contribute to and lead activities related to the implementation of the ServiceNow Code of Ethics. This role focuses on anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, collaborating with various teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. The position requires reliable, resourceful individuals capable of working independently and in a hybrid model, reporting to the Director of Export and Trade Compliance Counsel.

Requirements

• Track and maintain data regarding anti-corruption controls.
• Review and analyze proposed events and sponsorships.
• Communicate and collaborate with business leaders regarding Ethics and Compliance programs.
• Provide training on anti-bribery and anti-corruption topics.
• Participate in risk assessments related to anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
• Support efforts involving other legal compliance priorities.
