Delivery Manager

Join Datwave as a Delivery Manager to supervise the implementation of AI and Cloud services, ensuring efficient, effective, and satisfactory delivery. You will be the main point of contact with clients and will work on complex ICT projects, designing prompts for AI tools and using AI solutions to optimize business processes.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in the role
• Experience in complex ICT projects on Cloud architectures
• Experience in designing prompts for artificial intelligence tools and in using AI solutions to optimize business processes
• Hands-on competence in Agile/Scrum methodology and related tools
• Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
• Ability to analyze complex processes and identify improvement opportunities
• English language knowledge
• Experience with Help Desk platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow)
• ITIL certification or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of Agile activity management tools: Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jira or equivalents
• Soft Skills: Consultative standing, Excellent relational and communicative skills, Client- and goal-oriented, Good attitude to work in a team, Precision and respect for deadlines, Availability for trips in Italy and abroad
