Delivery Support Lead (Project Management)

The Delivery Support Lead (Project Management) will lead the development and implementation of program assurance and management reporting processes, ensuring best practice assurance skills and supporting Branch leadership in shaping the overall Branch Strategy.

Requirements

• Solid experience working within a PMO environment on complex, end-to-end technology projects.
• Strong expertise in risk and issue management, and experience supporting change programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret both qualitative and quantitative data and present insights clearly.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow PPM is desirable.
• Proven project management experience across the full project lifecycle, ensuring deliverables meet client needs is highly desirable
