Designer MyKLM Employee Portal

KLM is seeking a Designer to contribute to their employee portal, ensuring effective collaboration between users and product teams. The role involves conducting user research, prototyping, testing, and improving the platform for the employee experience. KLM also plans to transition to ServiceNow technology, shaping the brand-new employee experience.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience working on UX design projects
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent professional design experience
• Passion for continuous improvement of user experience
• Ability to collaborate with software engineers
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English (Dutch)
