As a Desktop Engineer EUC L2, you will provide technical support as a point of contact for IT, end-user desktop, laptops, office IT, and smart hand support for network and servers. You will also install software, onboard new users, and provide executive/VIP support.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT support in a corporate enterprise environment
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and their related remote access
- Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
