We are seeking a Desktop Support candidate to provide IT field support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and installing typical business software and applications. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in onsite support, knowledge of Windows 10 OS, and expertise in EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office, and Outlook. Native Japanese or N2 communication skill is also required.

Requirements

  • Native Japanese or N2 communication skill
  • 2-4 years of experience in Onsite support
  • Knowledge and experience on Windows 10 OS
  • Good expertise on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.)
  • Knowledge and experience on Service requests, incident, problem management and change process
