ServiceNow is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to drive the consumption, adoption, and customer satisfaction of ServiceNow's cloud-based platform. This role involves providing technical guidance and influencing the implementation of ServiceNow products to customers, contributing to IT Operations, IT Management, and Service Mapping teams. The Consultant will guide the teams and share best practices for ITOM / ITAM / SPM and ITSM applications.
Requirements
- Strong technical understanding of Infrastructure and Operations Management
- Experience and Certification in at least 3 of ServiceNow products (ServiceNow Administration, ITSM, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, or ITIL/CMDB implementations).
- Experience in Enterprise Environments and current knowledge of IP Protocols
- Strong Knowledge of Windows Domain and Unix System Administration
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Perl, WMI, etc.)
- Strong ITIL / CMDB implementations (CCMDB, UCMDB, etc.)

Requirements Summary
