Peraton is seeking a Desktop Support Agent to perform technical software, hardware and network problem resolution for clients. Responsibilities include providing Tier I and II technical support, analyzing routine situations, and instructing users in the use of PCs and networks.
Requirements
- High School level plus some advanced training
- 4-5 years of experience
- U.S citizenship
- Ability to obtain Department of Defense security clearance (ADP II Public Trust)
- IM/IT support experience (or related relevant experience)
