The role involves providing remote and face-to-face support to customers, resolving incidents, and ensuring a first-class service. The position offers a full-time, permanent position within a dynamic IT environment.
Requirements
- Providing remote and face-to-face support to customers in a professional manner.
- Ensuring timely responses to incidents and ensuring appropriate logging.
- Working with other IT teams and the business to resolve desktop-related issues.
- Operating Systems – Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022)
- Microsoft applications – Microsoft 365, Office, Teams
- Basic hardware maintenance (replacing RAM, hard drives, etc.)
- Support tools – ServiceNow, TopDesk, N-Able
