The Desktop Support Engineer will provide on-site support for end users, handling incidents and service requests, and providing services for end-user devices, collaboration and communication services, and network-attached devices. The role requires a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Windows Desktop support, with proficiency in Windows 7-10, Microsoft Active Directory, and other related technologies.

Requirements

  • Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support
  • Provide services to End Users that include end-user devices, collaboration and communication services, and network-attached devices
  • Perform daily health checks to End User Devices and Network attached devices as required
  • Meeting room support as required
  • Provide effective Deskside Support Services in accordance with the appropriate Performance Standards
