
Peraton is seeking a Desktop Support Manager to join their Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Diplomatic Technology (DT) Consular Affairs Enterprise Infrastructure Operations (CAEIO) Program. The role involves providing IT support to users in a large scale, including desktop and application management. The manager supervises a team that provides Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier III desktop support, ensures service level compliance, and promotes customer satisfaction through proactive and reactive support strategies. The position reports to the Service Center Director and is a member of the Service Center management team.
