We are seeking a talented Desktop Support Technician to provide end-user support and install/maintain personal computer hardware and software. The position requires strong technical skills and excellent communication skills to work with end-users, IT groups, and external entities.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or proven industry experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in IT Desktop Support
  • A+ Certification highly desirable
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Working knowledge with Help Desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
