Requirements
- Associates degree
- 2-3 years of IT Desktop Support experience
- A+ Certification (highly desirable)
- Experience with Windows 10
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Working knowledge of Help Desk ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory
- Basic Networking (TCP/IP)
- Cisco Phones and Soft Phones
