- Strong experience in Servicenow
- Extensive experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
- Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices
- Certification in ServiceNow Administration or Development
- Proven experience with ServiceNow, specifically in IVA (Chat Bot) development and deployment
