Developer - L4

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and custom solutions. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of ServiceNow experience and 5-7 years of software development experience.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of software development experience
• Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, CSM, Case Management, Integration, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP, UI Builder, Workspace, OMT
• JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Glide Scripting/APIs
• REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub
• User management, instance upgrades, cloning, and performance monitoring
• CMDB, discovery, asset management, and other foundational ServiceNow components
• Security roles, access controls (ACLs), and data policies
• Reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system stability
• Collaboration with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders
• Continuous improvement and efficiency
