The Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a dynamic Development Lead to join their IT Service Management Platform Team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will oversee the development, testing, and delivery activities for enhancements to their platform.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow development and administration is required, with at least 2 years in a leadership role preferred
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- Preferred: ITIL3/4, Scrum Master.
