Digital & AI Governance & Audit Analyst (ITSM & DR) role supports the governance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Backup & Restore processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management, IT governance, disaster recovery, or audit support.
- Working knowledge of ITSM principles, ITIL practices, DR lifecycle, and ISO/IEC 20000 frameworks.
- Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Confluence, or JIRA (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across IT and business functions.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset; comfortable interpreting service management data and audit outcomes.
