Digital & AI Performance Management Analyst

Convatec is a global medical products and technologies company, focused on solutions for the management of chronic conditions. The Digital & AI Performance Management Analyst will support the implementation of Convatec’s performance management framework across the Digital & AI organization.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT performance reporting, KPI management, or business intelligence in an IT or digital environment.
• Exposure to ITSM platforms and participation in performance improvement or reporting initiatives.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Working knowledge of ITIL principles, KPI frameworks, and basic continuous improvement concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• ITIL Foundation certification preferred (v3 or v4); additional ITSM training is a plus.
