DMG events is seeking a Digital Application Support specialist to provide hands-on support and continuous improvement for their marketing technology applications, particularly Emarsys, CMS platforms, and analytics dashboards. This role ensures platform reliability and responsiveness, enabling marketing teams to deliver data-driven campaigns and collaboration between marketing and technology teams. The position involves configuring, maintaining, supporting, and training a network of Super Users to improve adoption of marketing tools.

Requirements

  • Strong background in digital applications or MarTech support
  • Experience using service desk/ticketing platforms (Jira, ServiceNow, FreshDesk)
  • Familiarity with CRM/CDP systems, marketing automation (Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot), CMS/web platforms, or reporting/analytics tools
  • Understanding of data quality, GDPR, and marketing compliance requirements
  • Awareness of production deployments and risk points
  • Knowledge of Agile working practices is a plus
