Devoteam is seeking a Digital & Business Advisory expert to drive strategic engagements in Luxembourg. This role involves bridging strategy, sales, and delivery excellence, helping clients transform their businesses through data, AI, and digital domains. The ideal candidate will act as an entrepreneurial catalyst, leading complex transformations and ensuring measurable value creation.

Requirements

• Academic background in Business, Strategy, Management, Engineering, or IT
• Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, transformation, or digital advisory roles
• Strong command of delivery methodologies and frameworks (Prince2, ITIL, PMI, Agile)
• Deep understanding of digital transformation enablers (Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI)
• Strong financial acumen for business case creation, cost-benefit analysis, and P&L awareness
• Fluent in English and French
