Requirements

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience (including traineeships)
  • Strong IT knowledge, including Windows, Linux, macOS, and internet browsing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with remote work tools (VPN, Skype, Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
  • B2+ proficiency in spoken and written English and French
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
