Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience (including traineeships)
- Strong IT knowledge, including Windows, Linux, macOS, and internet browsing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with remote work tools (VPN, Skype, Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
- B2+ proficiency in spoken and written English and French
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
