Spektrum is seeking a Digital Support Specialist for a remote position supporting NATO and their Alliance. The role involves providing helpdesk support, user onboarding, application monitoring, and documentation. The position supports Capability Development & Management Support, Requirements Management, Capability Development, and Strategic Planning for NATO capabilities.

Requirements

  • Two years of vocational training in IT, computer-related sciences, or related disciplines
  • 3 years of helpdesk or end-user support experience
  • Experience with helpdesk tracking/ticketing software (e.g., Jira, GitLab, ServiceNow, Remedy)
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps practices
  • Experience documenting solutions, FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and maintaining knowledge management entries
  • Knowledge of data security principles
  • Experience with application monitoring and incident management
  • Strong communication skills

Requirements Summary
