This role involves assessing and transforming the current Customer Critical Compliance (CCC) operations using maturity models. The consultant will define a future state operating model, align platform usage, design governance processes, and facilitate stakeholder engagement. They'll drive adoption of new tools and establish strategic guidance for the transformation.
