This Digital Transformation Consultant role will assess the current CCC (Customer Community & Communication) operations, identify gaps in processes and tools, and develop a roadmap for reaching Maturity Level 5. The role involves designing a future state operating model, aligning platforms, managing stakeholder communications, and driving adoption of new technologies.
Requirements
- Assess current CCC operations using maturity models (ITIL 4, Gartner, CMMI)
- Identify gaps in process, governance, and tools (e.g., Splunk, BMC MainView, ServiceNow)
- Develop a detailed transformation roadmap
- Design a future-state operating model across people, process, technology, governance
- Align KPIs with executive dashboards and outcome-driven metrics
- Define and drive adoption plans for new tools and processes
- Build awareness campaigns, capability training, and internal champions
- Monitor adoption of platforms like ServiceNow and Dynatrace during rollout
Requirements Summary
