Digital Workplace Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Digital Workplace Solutions Architect to join our team in Herndon, Virginia. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to articulate value propositions and build trust with potential customers.

Requirements

• US Citizen
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting or IT services industries sales, preferably Federal market experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience negotiating, shaping, and closing large deals in the professional services space.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical presales, solutions architecture, or consulting role.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading customer discussions and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Minimum 3 years of presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Workplace Architect with deep expertise in one or more of the following: Modern Service Desk, Conversational AI, ServiceNow, Workplace Automation, Modern Field Services.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Modern Endpoint Engineering (SCCM, Intune), Unified Communication and Collaborations, M365 (Teams, SharePoint, Email, Endpoint security), Azure Virtual Desktop, RPA.
