Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in delivery management, program governance, or operational excellence roles
- Strong understanding of delivery lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, CMMI, ITIL)
