This role involves managing large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring operational excellence, and leveraging automation and DevOps to deliver best-in-class services. A strong leadership and technical aptitude are key for success in this position.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12–15 years of IT infrastructure experience
- At least 5+ years in leadership roles managing compute, storage, and backup environments
- Hands-on technical expertise in Linux, Windows, SAN/NAS/Cloud, and Commvault
- Strong background in automation and observability
- Experience with virtualization and hypervisors
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and ServiceNow
- Strong vendor management skills
