Director - ServiceNow Data Architect

We are seeking a Director - ServiceNow Data Architect to play a pivotal role in redefining our Service Management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining an architectural vision that aligns with our strategic outcomes, ensuring data accuracy, governance, and security while optimizing the platform for efficient data management.

Requirements

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing data models aligned with ServiceNow platform requirements.
• Collaborate with platform architecture, business, and partner teams to translate business requirements into data architecture solutions.
• Develop data strategies for integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Design data governance policies, including data quality, security, and compliance standards.
• Implement and maintain the ServiceNow CSDM architecture according to standard methodologies.
• Define and maintain ServiceNow CIs and their attributes in the CSDM.
• Plan and manage data integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Collaborate with data analysts to define reporting requirements and design data models for actionable insights.
• Provide expert mentorship on data-related issues and ensure alignment with long-term business goals.
