ServiceNow is seeking a Director, Americas Sales Strategy & Operations to lead business rhythm, forecast inspection, and operational excellence across the Americas. This role involves partnering with the COO to drive strategic initiatives, manage executive performance, and ensure alignment across marketing, finance, and product teams. The Director will be a key advisor to the COO, responsible for anticipating future needs and optimizing sales productivity.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into business processes.
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, GTM Operations, or Management Consulting within a tech company.
  • Proven track record in driving forecasting, pipeline analytics, and sales performance governance.
  • Executive-level communication and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on operator comfortable balancing strategy with execution.

Requirements Summary
